Kevin C. Kenny, J.D., LL.M.
President, CEO
Kevin is a regulatory attorney who founded two companies while working in Product Safety and Food/Cosmetics Compliance for nearly 30 years. He established cooperations with 50 governments globally and built products and services aimed at simplifying Regulatory Compliance across the Food and Consumer Products supply chain, traveling in 100+ countries and living in eight. His objective is to give back to the food and consumer products industry by providing comprehensive training courses affordable by all in the supply chain.
Henrik Jungclas, PhD
Packaging Sustainability
Henrik is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 20 years of experience in Packaging Sustainability, Food Contact and the Packaging Supply Chain. His career has spanned FoodChain ID,  Decernis, Sunoco, Weidenhammer and Tetra Pak.  He holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from Phillips University in Marburg, Germany, is a trained Quality Auditor and Manager and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Henrik has also chaired the Food Contact group of the German Paper Converting Association and was an external expert to the German BfR Commission Subgroup on Paper & Board. 
Fernando Antunes-Lopes
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Fernando has a bachelor's in pharmacy and biochemistry earned in Brazil followed by a master's in food safety and food fraud from Auckland, New Zealand. After that, he spent 14 years as a federal inspector for the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply in the state of Sao Paulo. He then moved on to work for Decernis and now for Food Chain ID as subject matter expert for both food fraud and contaminants, and regulatory affairs. Recently, Fernando has focused on establishing which AI and ML tools are most effective and which work best for regulatory compliance.
Kim L. Milone, Esq.
Food Labelling
Kim is an attorney with extensive global Food Additive and Food Labelling experience and has practiced law since 1997 in areas of international business, food and agri-business and regulatory compliance. She spent over a decade with a reg-tech startup as Director of  Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Counsel, COO, and Vice President. She also served as lead in numerous projects with major food, beverage and dietary supplement companies. Kim is admitted to the Louisiana and Florida bars, an Alternative Dispute Resolution Professional, and the founder of Intentional Legal, teaching meditation  to lawyers and neutrals. 
Andrew (Pat) Waldo
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
Andrew (Pat) Waldo was a co-founder and CEO of Decernis (2003 – 2020). He expanded the company internationally, working with global manufacturers to improve compliance systems for food, chemical and consumer products. In 2019, Pat negotiated its acquisition by a private equity firm and FoodChain ID. Prior to Decernis, Pat founded a company in 1989 in the area of chemical control acquired in 2002 by Eastman Chemical. Pat has led the development of integration with enterprise systems and of multi-lingual AI systems to identify client risks. He is the author of a number of patents in this area. He developed a control system that was a finalist of a Smithsonian Institution Award for Innovation.
Miriam Maxwell
Food Additives and Labeling
Miriam, Research Fellow in Corporate Scientific and Regulatory Affairs at Ocean Spray Cranberries LLC, specializes in global food labeling, claims, additives, and flavors. Before Ocean Spray, she led Scientific and Regulatory Affairs at Nestlé USA, overseeing retail and food service brands for North America. Her career includes Director-level regulatory compliance roles at Cargill, Wild Flavors, McCormick & Company, and Givaudan. She managed cross-functional teams, anticipating regulatory challenges throughout the product lifecycle and developing solutions with technical and commercial teams across global markets.
Melissa C. Joerger, PhD
Product Stewardship
Melissa has extensive leadership experience in Product Stewardship, Regulatory Compliance, Sustainability and Risk Management working with Fortune 500 companies in specialty chemicals, materials and polymers for a wide array of end-use applications. Areas of expertise include catalyzing and managing change within organizations and promoting the value of Product Stewardship; designing and implementing Product Stewardship Programs; and development of safe and sustainable products. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and expertise through Invenimus and Strategic Product Stewardship Consulting LLC to help companies and individuals be successful.
Robert Janssen, PhD
Product Safety
Robert is founder of AdviLex Regulatory Compliance LLC and offers a 30-year blended background in Process Safety, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Innovation.. Robert's expertise covers various chemical and physical disciplines as well as product regulatory affairs. His unique background, training, and expertise allow for completing in-depth regulatory opinion reports, global registration, chemical notification and risk assessments on hazardous materials. Robert holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Twente in the Netherlands.  
Llaine Groninger
Subject Matter Expert (SME) 
With 40+ years in Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance, Llaine spent 35 years at The Hershey Company, most recently as Director of Quality and Regulatory Compliance, overseeing global operations. She worked across Asia, Europe, South America and the Middle East, providing leadership and technical contributions, establishing general operating guidelines to assure product quality, safety and regulatory compliance. After retiring, she joined Decernis as a consultant in the Food Regulatory Area, served as Product Manager and led the consulting team. When Decernis became part of FoodChain ID (FCID), she continued her leadership in the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs (SARA) consulting area and supported FCID with regulatory tools.
